By accessing or using ConsentKeys.com's PseudOIDC identity verification services ("Service"), you ("Client," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms.
ConsentKeys.com provides OpenID Connect (OIDC) identity authentication services under the brand name PseudOIDC. Our Service is designed to prioritize user privacy and pseudonymous authentication, allowing users to authenticate with Client applications while maintaining their privacy through pseudonymous identifiers.
To use our Service, you must register and obtain client credentials. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your client credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify ConsentKeys.com of any unauthorized use of your account.
BY USING THIS SERVICE, YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE NOT TO ATTEMPT TO IDENTIFY, DEANONYMIZE, OR DETERMINE THE REAL-WORLD IDENTITY OF ANY USER WHO AUTHENTICATES THROUGH OUR SERVICE. This includes, but is not limited to:
You acknowledge and agree that if we reasonably believe you have breached this provision, we reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your access to the Service and may pursue any and all available legal remedies.
You acknowledge and agree to inform your users in your own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy about the following, ensuring the language is clear, conspicuous, and not buried in a lengthy document:
"This application uses PseudOIDC, a service provided by ConsentKeys.com, for authentication. PseudOIDC provides pseudonymous login to protect your identity. However, if this application ever decides to stop using PseudOIDC and migrate to another authentication provider, your real identity may be disclosed as part of the account migration process. You will be notified with a minimum of 60 days advance notice, and you will be required to provide explicit consent before any such disclosure occurs."
If you decide to discontinue using PseudOIDC and migrate to another authentication provider, you MUST provide your users with at least sixty (60) days advance written notice before the migration occurs.
Before any user identity information is disclosed during a service migration, you MUST:
Failure to comply with the notice and consent requirements of this Section 5 will result in immediate termination of Service and may result in legal action.
You may use our Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service:

We collect and process only the minimum data necessary to provide authentication services. User data is pseudonymized to protect privacy.
We retain user authentication data only as long as necessary to provide our Service and comply with legal obligations.
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect user data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
ConsentKeys.com commits to maintaining 99.4% uptime availability for the Service, measured monthly. In the event we fail to meet this service level commitment, you will receive a pro-rated credit to your account for the period of unavailability that exceeds the 99.4% threshold.
We may temporarily suspend the Service for scheduled maintenance, which will be excluded from uptime calculations. We will provide at least 24 hours advance notice for planned maintenance.
Our Service is subject to rate limits and usage quotas as specified in your service plan.
ConsentKeys.com retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including all intellectual property rights.
You retain ownership of your application and user data, subject to the terms of this agreement.
Service fees are specified in your service plan and are subject to change with thirty (30) days notice.
Fees are due as specified in your billing cycle. Late payments may result in service suspension.
EXCEPT FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT SET FORTH IN SECTION 8.1, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS. CONSENTKEYS.COM MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE REGARDING THE SERVICE, INCLUDING ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
CONSENTKEYS.COM DOES NOT WARRANT THAT:
CONSENTKEYS.COM DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES AND REPRESENTATIONS WITH RESPECT TO ANY THIRD-PARTY SERVICES, HARDWARE, OR SOFTWARE THAT MAY BE INTEGRATED WITH OR ACCESSIBLE THROUGH THE SERVICE.
WHILE WE IMPLEMENT SECURITY MEASURES, CONSENTKEYS.COM DOES NOT WARRANT THE SECURITY OF USER DATA TRANSMITTED THROUGH THE SERVICE OR STORED ON OUR SYSTEMS. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT NO DATA TRANSMISSION OVER THE INTERNET CAN BE GUARANTEED TO BE 100% SECURE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CONSENTKEYS.COM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
You agree to indemnify and hold ConsentKeys.com harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms, including your failure to comply with user identity protection requirements.
For the avoidance of doubt, any breach of Sections 4 or 5 shall be deemed an indemnifiable event.
You may terminate your account at any time by following the procedures outlined in our documentation.
We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms, particularly the user identity protection requirements.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may delete your account data after a reasonable transition period.
Sections 4 (Privacy and User Identity Protection), 5 (Service Migration and User Consent Requirements), 12 (Limitation of Liability), 13 (Indemnification), and 19 (Dispute Resolution) shall survive any termination of this Agreement.
You agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards in your use of our Service.
We will handle government requests for user data in accordance with applicable law and our Privacy Policy, with appropriate notice to affected parties when legally permitted.
ConsentKeys.com will not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms if such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
During any force majeure event, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to minimize the impact on our Service. We will notify you as soon as reasonably practicable of any force majeure event and its expected duration. If a force majeure event continues for more than thirty (30) consecutive days, either party may terminate the affected services upon written notice.
You acknowledge that the Service and related technical data may be subject to U.S. export control laws and regulations, including the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). You agree to comply with all applicable export control laws and regulations.

ConsentKeys.com reserves the right to screen users and transactions against applicable sanctions lists and may suspend or terminate Service if we determine, in our sole discretion, that such action is necessary to comply with applicable laws and regulations.
We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of the Service after such posting constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator and shall take place in Miami-Dade County, Florida. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.
If arbitration fails, is deemed unenforceable, or an arbitration award requires judicial enforcement, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
YOU AND CONSENTKEYS.COM AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDINGS WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. You and ConsentKeys.com expressly waive any right to bring or participate in any class, collective, or representative action against the other party.
Notwithstanding the arbitration requirement above, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ConsentKeys.com regarding the Service.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction.
